Ubisoft is attending Gamescom, so we might get leaks after all

With big corporations canceling their Gamescom plans left and right, some of you might be getting worried. I mean, EA is a no-show, PlayStation has bailed out, and there’s Nintendo(n’t). Geesh, is anyone gonna attend Gamescom this year? Well yes, there is. Some companies have got stuff to show. Bandai Namco, THQ Nordic, Koch Media, and as of today, Ubisoft are going to chip in at Gamescom 2022.

On the one hand, we shouldn’t be surprised. I don’t think that Ubisoft has ever skipped a Gamescom. But on the other hand, Ubi ditching their annual Ubisoft Forward – usually hosted around or during E3 – might have caused reason for concern in some. But fear not, Ubisoft is more than happy to welcome you to Cologne this August.

Great stuff, Ubi. This means we might get some leaks after all. Tom Henderson has already been teasing major Skull & Bones news, so we’re off to a good start. Maybe you could pass us some actual Assassin’s Creed news worth listening to. Or what about some Splinter Cell, Prince of Persia, or Beyond Good & Evil 2 news?

C’mon Yves, we know you’re hiding something. Don’t make us wait till August 24, will ya?
