Come get your leaked GTA 6 gameplay footage, folks!

[UPDATE] As expected, Take-Two also had the last GTA 6 vid taken down. Hope you had a good look at it.

[ORIGINAL POST]There seems to be a leak at Rockstar and it’s not one of those “I’ll fix that drizzle later” kinds of leaks. In fact, it’s quite the opposite. Over 90 videos containing development build gameplay of GTA 6 were dropped online, making it one of the biggest leaks in video game history. Someone’s about to get a 5-star Wanted level, fo sho.

And that someone goes by the name of teapotuberhacker (probably not his/her real name) on the GTA Forums. Apparently, getting your hands on GTA 6 footage is relatively easy. Just hop on Slack and “wham-bam-thank you, ma’am”. Who would have thought?

Unfortunately, most of the videos have already been pulled by Take-Two Interactive. Honestly, that was to be expected. But there’s still one video out there, and honestly, it’s also the one you’ll likely want to see. Just keep in mind that this is development footage. It’s not super fancy, it’s lacking detail, and the enemy AI is dumb as fuck. But it does give us an idea of what’s to come. Go ahead and take a peek (while you can). [UPDATE] You can no mo, fo sho.

Damn Rockstar, that’s a lot of damage. Even professional leaker expert spoiler Jason Schreier – who’s been in the industry long enough to know when something’s fake – confirms this is the real deal. And that’s great for him since the footage shown corroborates his earlier report on GTA 6 taking place in Vice City, featuring a Latina protagonist. I mean, look at that dump truck booty. I’m sorry, I meant to say “voluptuous rear end”. Gotta keep it classy now that Rockstar has pledged to dial it down a notch and that it won’t rip on marginalized groups as much.

But wait, there’s more where that came from. Because if there’s one thing that Twitter’s good for, it’s sharing copyrighted footage. So without further ado, take a gander at some more snippets of stolen GTA 6 stuff.

And if you think this is the worst of Rockstar’s problems, think again. The originator claims to have gotten their hands on the source code too, threatening to publish it in full. And to add injury to insult, they also claim to have the test build of GTA 6 which they might release if they feel like it.

Yeah, think about that when you think you’re having a shitty weekend…
